Warranty Policy

Our projectors come with a 1 year local warranty, automatically registered with your order ID. 

The OMRAY warranty covers the repair or replacement (at OMRAY's discretion) of your projector if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period stated above, and may be subjected to a service fee.

If any part is no longer available (e.g. particular speaker variation), OMRAY will replace it with a functional replacement part.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all local orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 days of purchase. Shipping will take about 7 to 12 days after order is processed.

 If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund once the item is shipped out. You ,as a customer, are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.


Refund Policy

We do not accept cash refund. As covered by the warranty, we do 1-1 exchange/repair for product faults but refunds are not allowed once the original packaging has been opened.
